We got into the alternative/Seattle vibe by practing Yoga during Recreation.
Our dining area was decorated to look like a Seattle coffeehouse, complete with dim lighting. We enjoyed flavored coffees (and hot cocoa!) with our meal which was . . . . of course! . . . . FISH!
Since Seattle is so rainy, our family activity was the Umbrella Game. 
Can't really explain it or it would give it all away. . . . Guess you just HAD TO BE THERE!
